Unhygienic conditions and bad service

I just stopped at Middelburg Shell, where they are busy revamping the station. I dont mond a bit of inconvenience but I was horrified at the conditions of the ladies toilets. Not only was there no running water in this makeshift bathroom, but none of the toilets had seats on them, the floor, handles and sinks were disgustingly dirty, no toilet paper and they still had the odasity to leave a tip jar next to a broken box with rubbish. Inside the shop the service was even worse, the coffee counter might as well have been run by a group of pre-schoolers as we had to leave after waiting for more than 15min for two filter coffees, as no one would make them.
I felt like apologising on behalf of Shell to all the tourists using this petrol station.
Management need to step up or be replaced!
