Terrible experience. Aviod at all cost!

I have received the most incompetent service I have ever experienced from the Zambesi branch of PG Glass. I bought 3 fixed pane windows, installation at my home included, from them. Everything they did was wrong from the first quote where they specified the wrong material through to extremely bad workmanship on the installation. After 3 attempts to install one of the windows it is still not done correctly which they then tried to patch up with heaps of window putty. When they had to correct the original quote where they had overcharged me they loaded new items on the second quote to inflate the price. After 2 weeks of the worst service, pathetic workmanship, dishonest pricing and complete failure to deliver on any promises I am still waiting for the sloppy work to be corrected and for a correct invoice so that I can be re-funded for the money I had over-paid. My advice is to avoid this supplier. There are plenty of other suppliers in this market and I am sincerely regretting my choice to give the work to PG Glass.
