No response to complaints

*4 out of the 7 showers in the ladies bathroom have only one door.
*The showers in the men's bathroom have no doors.
*3 Soap dispensers in the ladies bathroom have been hanging for weeks by a piece of tape they put there to keep it together.
*Around 3 months ago I complained about the scale in the ladies bathroom not working, nothing has been done about it. I've complained about it several times and they keep telling me someone will look at it!
* I wrote these complaints down for the manager and asked him/her to email me. No one has emailed me yet and that was around 4 weeks ago!
I'm tired of being ignored!!!
