It is almost 180days later and a government building ccma has not fixed the toilets.is there no money in any budget to fix the mens toilets. The entire building uses one toilet bowl. This in inhumane. Please do something about this matter. I know there is an issue in WC regarding toilets inKhayelithsa Y cannot someone fix this issue.
