Poor poor poor service on lost property

I left my R2000 sunglasses in a car on the 5th December. I e-mailed them the next day. I searched on google for lost property at Europcar, but no e-mail address was available, so i e-mailed the general enquiries number. 2 days later my request got passed on to someone called Clifford Zungu, who didn't respond.
I sent this person a 2nd e-mail. I have received no response at all.
I appreciate in terms and conditions its my responsibility to ensure i take all my belongings. However, if Europcar took lost property seriously, I would have had a response to my question probably the next day. As it was, after 3 e-mails, I have received no response. Apalling!
