Rude Petrol Attendant Swears refuses to apologise

I went 2put in diesel at the filling station and Gilbert was the petrol attendant. He came 2me with cellphone in hand & holding it to his ear, volume on full blast listening 2what sounded like a soccer match on radio. I asked handing him the credit card if I could pay with it & he took the card, looked @ it & said YES.Then he looked at the pump &said it's not working & showed me 2another pump.we got there & the pump was locked. He said 2go 2another 1, all the while with the cellphone in hand. He put the diesel in n asked me 2go inside the shop 2pay. He offered no other services-windscreen wash, checking the water&oil etc. The card was declined as the merchant doesn't accept Amex cards.i was upset bcos I had specifically asked Gilbert &he emphatically said yes. Then I aired my dissatisfaction & told the cashier how Gilbert attendant 2me. I asked for the owner's name which was not given.i asked for the number which was shown to me on a till slip & was told to contact him Monday to Friday btw 8am & 5pm. All the while Gilbert is arguing that he did nothing wrong & eventually said"I like working with whites"As I left he came outside & started swearing & saidU think u have money! voetsek& was vulgar!
