I want my belongings from Europca

In spite all my efforts of writing a whole essay complaining about Europcar's nothing has happened. I lost my belongings in their car and my CD got stuck in their stereo. When they saw my complaint on your wall, they responded saying someone will contact me and till to date there has been no answer. I don't know whether they are trying to steel these CD's or what? But I have never seen people who have no consideration for their clients. And they are a bunch of liars, who make empty promises. So I am just unsure why they claim to have a lost and found department when they steel customers stuff. I am really sick any annoyed by this incompetent, negligent excuse for a business. Sick sick sick and I still say I want my Cd's. They can eat the food for all I care, its clear they need it more than I do. Bunch of incompetent ####
