Please refer to my e-mails dated 01 April 2013, resent again 15th April 2013 and resent once again 15 May 2013.

No response received, but then again with the manager's attitude received at the Cape Town International Airport branch, why am I not surprised that it seems to be the general attitude of all Europcar assistants not to respond.

Why do I have to resort to this media to attempt to even get a response? My query will not go away by Europcar keeping quiet about it!
