Kia does not honor service contract

Hi,

I submitted a complaint to Kia on 27th December via email on the [URL Removed] website. I have not received any more than an automated response

I am driving a Kia Cerato Koup 2012 which was purchased December 2011. I experienced vehicle trouble on 25th December and called Kia Roadside assistance. I spoke to Kabelo at about 12h08 regarding my problem. He refused to send somebody out to help and was offering to tow my vehicle on Friday. He did not request my VIN number and he refused to offer services guaranteed in my vehicle warranty. When I told him this he said "that's Kia's problem." This is completely unacceptable. The staff at Roadside assistance did not provide me with the cover in the vehicle warranty. This a breach of contract and illegal. I would like feedback about why this problem occurred, how Kabelo was dealt with, and how this problem will be prevented in the future. I do not want to be left exposed to risks by breach of contract and incompetent call centre operators
