Customer service to be implimented (Sasol Stuff)

When driving from Zimbabwe to Johannesburg we have a few places where we stop to refresh, of all is Sasol in Zebediela Steers and Sasol Garage to Fill up for petrol.

The lady moping the flour did not put a sign for Wet flours, as I walked in and stepping on the wet flour which was slippery and I almost felling down (lady at the till point Elizabeth (Some thing like that) her Name) (says) are you stupid, useless Zimbabweans open your eyes, (with amazement i asked) are you talking to me lady, she replies: Yes, can't you see the flour is wet? I Replied: Where are your signs to say and show that the flour is wet, if i had fallen and twisted an ankle will you explain to you managers that you had no Signs for Wet flours? (She Replies: That is non of my business, Sasol will pay, its not my problem (Marete ahawu meaning Your). I took her picture and walked out with anger and fury. did not buy my airtime water and cold drinks as I wanted too

If this is what SASOL STUFF ARE TAUGHT I WILL RECOMMEND EVERY SASOL CUSTOMER TO THINK TWICE BEFORE FILLING UP AT SASOL GARAGES

I Will never stop for a fill up in that Sasol Delight Garage again
