MINI IS A MONEY MAKING SCHEME bad service

I took my car for a service to Bruma auto and was told that i have damage to the value of R40000.00 which my motor plan does not cover. I later contacted my insurance and put through a claim, the car had to be taken to a mini dealership (auto Bahn). I was told that my motor plan will be suspended until the problem was sorted as i was nearing the end of my plan and so it would be re instated. the car took 3 months to fix cause a part needed to be ordered from Germany. I spend over R20000.00 as i was not provided with a curtsey car, only in the last two weeks after endless complaining i was then give a car for probably less than two weeks and suddenly my car was ready. I received my car it had not been washed the petrol cap was loose and i had marks on my seats and rims. I was then given a letter that my motor plan could not be re instated as there was another problems with the suspension i needed to sort out, strange as i had spend over R12 000 with auto alphina a few months prior to this on a suspension problem. i have had endless problems with this vehicle its had to be towed 4 times with factory fault problems. It saddens me after purchasing this vehicle for R450 000
