I would like to officially launch a complaint against CMH Volvo Hatfield.
I purchased 2 vehicles from them last year October, a BMW 320d and a Mini Cooper; I had endless promises and dishonesties during the deal. They handle the whole purchase very unprofessionally and I am not happy at all with the process I had to go through. The real complaint is that in the deal, Volvo included the transfer of both Motor plans to my personal name; none of this has been done although Volvo agreed verbally that it has been done. I took the mini cooper in for a service last week and mini notified me that the mini is not on my name and I cannot service the vehicle, the vehicle is now over due for its service and I might lose my motor plan because of this. I then got hold of BMW to check up on the 320d's motor plan on which I found out that it is also not registered in my name.
I emailed Volvo Hatfield (Cobus Engelbrecht - 14/05/2013) and explained what happened, he told me Chris is no longer working there, this is no excuse to me, Volvo still needs to resolve this and get the motor plans on my name.
Please advise...
