Motor Plan obviously doesn't count for much

Good day

My name is Daniel. When i purchased my Honda Civic, I purchased a 90000km Motor plan as part of the package. My last service was was a 45000km motor plan. I have been due for service for a 60000km but I went over by 7000km due to work availability issues. I phoned the Honda Auto in Bedfordview to book and was told that I would have to pay as it doesn't count as part of my motor plan since I went over.

I find this totally unacceptable and nowhere does it state in the contract I took with Honda Midrand that I will have to pay below 90000km. As far as I understood, when you take out motor plan in the beginning, everything is free until after it expires.

I have been informed that I have to pay for the service. No one at Honda Midrand (The people I purchased from) mentioned this and now have been informed that my 75000 and 90000 service will be reinstated. I feel cheated that the Motor plan is a waste of money as it can't be used.
