Last week Friday I went to BMW House in PTA for enquiry about the BMW I'm driving and also needed clarities regarding the motor plan, and now I still regret my visit there. There was this arrogant and stubborn lady at the reception, she was very rude to me and never wanted to help me because the car is not in my name yet and that was the first thing her. To make matters worse she told me I should have bought my car from BMW and I can never extend my motor plan with them. How on earth does a sales person say that to a client, she also went on and me off by undermining me that I bought such as big car but I don't to pay for anything and in actual fact I shouldn't have bought it... I felt so small and undermined, and felt that clearly it was a mistake for her to work there!
