I bought 8wings meal last week at Chicken Licken Randburg and rushed back to work hence my lunch was almost over because of the queue they had, when I got to work I found that they gave me the incorrect order. I couldn't take the food back bacause my lunch was over. Today I went to buy the same order so I'm explaining to this cashier (Abigail Matotoba) what happened, she told me "she is not responsible for that and she is a cashier I should tell the people who pack the orders and I should learn to check my order before I leave the store".. I told her I was just saying so that I don't experience the same thing again, she just burst into rudeness and streamed at me and I was very calm because I didn't wanted her to spoil my day. I left to collect my order and she continued raising her voice and when I told her she must just let it go she told me she wasn't talking to me but her colleague. Her manager called her but I felt to also talk to her manager so he can understand where I'm coming from, when I told her she didn't need to give me that attitude she asked if I even know the meaning of attitude? I was so humilated, undermined and disrespected judgementally. I felt like clapping he
