MOTOR PLAN - Supposed to run for 5 years

I purchased my vehicle in February 2008. I assumed the Motor Plan would run until February 2013.
However, this was NOT the case as the vehicle's Motor Plan commenced on 1 Jan 2008 before I
even bought it, resulting in me being short changed for 2 months Motor Plan.

Please all BMW drivers check the expiry date of your Motor Plan! In my opinion BMW dealers should advise customers not to assume they will be covered for 5 years!
