I would just like to take my hat off to the great people at Budget car rental offices in Durban (City centre & King Shaka - James Fawcett)
I'm gonna arrive at Durban harbour on the boat and I just mailed to ask if there's a possibility if they offer facalities or arrangements for people arriving by ship and wanting to rent a car.
They happily made a new reservation for me, and offered me free pick-up service from the harbour to teh car rental office, in a very short time
My near holiday has just been made better. Thanks Budget!
