I just about had enough of Maemo Motors! Firstly, I took my Mitsibishi ASX for its 15000km service in June 2013 and requested a quote for a light cover. When i went to collect my car after 4 in the afternoon there was no quote and my cars service was not even invoiced. I was informed that they will emailed it to me. It was never mailed however and after multiple enquiries I finally recieved it 2 weeks after the service and was given a quote of R134 for the cover.

I ordered the cover immediately and was told that they will contact me as soon as it arrives. After six weeks I phoned again just to hear that the cover still has not arrived and that it is coming from overseas. My car went in for its 30000km service in November and I immediately requested another service person as I put my first experience down to the incompetent service attendant. I also askes again for the cover and was informed that it was never ordered as they can not find the order on the system. Once again I requested them to order the cover for me. Needless to say once again my cars service was not invoiced again! Still waiting for the invoice today and was invoived Almost R900 for the cover.
