Always out of stock... WHY!!!

I have ordered my smart device from FNB, it got approved and i got my sms saying that the courier service will be in contact for delivery arrangement. I phoned Digital Planet last week and they said the Cover and voucher was on back order, then i phoned again only to hear that they do have the covers but the actual ipad mini and voucher are on back order. I spoke to someone at DP on Friday last week and promised me that the new stock will be arriving today, so i phone this morning to confirm now they are telling me they have everything except the cover, I told them to eliminate the cover and take the cover out of the hamper because i would rather go buy a cover than wait another 2 weeks, it apparently can not be done. This is RIDICULOUS!!! on the Fnb website they say "Please note that due to the high volume of deliveries during this festive period, whilst we are striving to get your smart device to you as soon as possible, there may be delays. To assist us in delivering your Smart Device before 24th of December 2013 please place your order by the 16th December."

I ordered mine mid November to the looks of it im only getting it middle next year!!! Im disgusted!!!
