I while ago our couch cover was damaged and became unusable. My wife and i immediately went to coricraft in clearwater mall to order a new one as this was one of the benefits of having this kind of couch. Upon ordering the sales person said that he knows by our description exactly what to order and did so.

The cover took more or less 6 weeks to arrive but when we tried it on the couch it was too small. It seemed according to coricraft that the wrong cover was ordered as our couch design has been modified. She then said that nothing could be done until i sent her pictures but that she knows witch model we have. I sent pictures immediately. A week passed... I phoned to find out what was happening and the lady said she would now need the New cover back to move forward. i sent the cover back with my wife but then she said she needs measurements. I measured the couch while my wife waited in the shop and sent these to her. The sales lady then said that she cannot take down the measurements if they are not emailed to her. I sent the mesurements...

My question is this:

At witch point does any responsibility fall on them? It feels like i have to manage them even tho i paid in full!
