I ordered a phone cover on line and erroneously ordered the wrong cover. This was on a Friday evening and I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. Alan sent me a response within a couple of hours advising that the order had been cancelled & supplied voucher details for my next purchase. When I purchased the correct cover, the deliver was prompt and I was kept up to date on the progress of the order throughout the process.
