I was referred by Miway to Olympus Panel beaters to take my car for a minor rear bumper accident. I took the car in on the 2nd of Dec 2013. I was told it would take the week even though my damages are minor. I had no problem with that as I understood there was allot of claims around the hale and short staffed because of hale damages to staff homes. The problem is I didn't get 1 update on my car until 4th Dec 2013 where I HAD TO PHONE THEM asking for a status. I was told my car is in the line and I would receive it Friday 06 Dec as planned and discussed the 2nd. Today the 6th Dec MY WIFE PHONES IN and they tell us that we can get the car on Monday afternoon the 9th Dec. I have a problem that I need to phone them for updates and they are not taking me as customer inconsideration. Chatting to Anton was at all not pleasant as he doesn't get my frustration as a customer missing my point totally... no apology and expects me continuously to consider his situation, which I have from day one. serious lack of communication to the customer. i need to arrange another vehicle for my wife on Monday now. If I received a communication on the 4th I would have arrnaged vehicle, now i need 2 rent
