I had an accident on the 4th May and First For Women were very helpful with getting my car towed and assessed, However my claim was only finalised on the 15 May. They sent my car to their preferred Panel Beaters and i was told that an agent from the repair division would give me regular updates on my vehicle. This did not happen, I have to contact the panel beaters myself at my own expense to follow up on the progress. This should not be my responsibility at all. I have emailed the repair agent with no replies. I called today and heard she no longer works there. The new agent then tells me my car will take a further 2 weeks and this is said to be normal. My car had minor damages and now will be in repairs for a month. This is ridiculous. She tells me the panel beaters spent last week waiting for parts, First For Women are not putting any pressure to get my car finished at all. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience to me, which has delayed me with moving house. I am appauled with the lack of service and communication. I also dont feel its fair that no one can give me an exact day my car will be done. Its terrible that i can no longer rely on them.
