Terrible car insurance company

My car was in a accident beginning May 2013, I spoke to the claim dept. Took my car to very good reputable panel beaters myself. Then they said it cannot be fixed at those panel beaters and it will be taken to Centurion Panel beaters. They have been working on my kar for 3 months not nearly finished and has causes considerable exstra damage on my vehicle.
I have contacted several people in the company about my problem. A week has gone by and not one. Yes correct not one person from Mutual and Federal hes deamed it important enough to respond to my request for the car to be moved to another panel beater.

3 months of renting a car has cost me over R 12000 which I think they can start fitting the bill for from now on.

I cannot believe that such a big company can be so bad in customer communication and customer oriented in problem solving.
