I am extremely infuriated with the service that I am currently getting from Almaaz courier/shipping company, I ordered a parcel on Wednesday 04.12.2013 that was meant to arrive and be delivered to me today on Friday the 6th of December 2013, I was given the tracking on Thursday and I logged onto the website to trace my parcel and the status is currently inspected and shipped, then this morning I was given Andersons' number the person that would be making the delivery, at 10:30 am we spoke and he said he'll be delivering my order at 04:00PM and he'd give me a call when he's headed my way, I waited till 04:30PM on the hour that I called him to enquire about his lateness he told me he may not be able to make the delivery, I felt like exploding as it was a very urgent delivery and told him I needed it today! He promised he would come through & will deliver at 09:00PM today, then in the evening at 20:22PM this evening I called again and he's telling me that he won't make it. With a bunch of excuses that don't tie up, I am enraged not just at him but at the principles of the company if there are delays with m
