My vehicle was towed to Jocks Auto Body on 17 Jan 2013. The parts for my vehicle repairs were ordered on 22 Jan 2013. I have been told that Jock's Auto body received the new bumper for my vehicle on 14 Feb 2013 & only today the 5th of March 2013 (after I had to call them for an update because they can never be bothered to call me and tell me what's going on) was I told that they were given the wrong bumper - it doesn't have the holes for the rear park assist sensors. Well, where do I start??? Firstly, Hyundai should have known that the bumper was being ordered for the Hyundai i20 Glide which comes standard with the rear park assist, secondly, Jocks auto body should have known it was the wrong bumper 18 days ago or at least before the parts were sent for paint, they only notice when my vehicle is ready for assembly & lastly there is now some story that the bumper doesn't even come with the holes & that the panel beaters are given a kit to do it themselves. So between Jessica in the complaints department, Neil the head of panel beaters, Andile at the Germiston Parts warehouse and Shaun at Jocks auto body - someone needs to start making up for this atrocious service & fast!!!
