I Took my wife's car a Kia Cerato for a service at KIA Menlyn. The car was there for two days. Upon collecting the car it wasn't even washed after the service. That's not the issue here though. They advised that they need to order a part (Stabilizer Link) for the car but need the warranty/service book which was in the car. I Phoned on Tuesday to find out what's going on and can they order the part. After being transferred six times I went thru to Petru which seems to me is never there as she does not answer her phone. On Wednesday I Finally got to speak to someone that is willing to assist. Marrietjie tried her best and she was very polite. She advised that I must send her copies of the warranty/service book to [Email Removed] and phone her when I did so. After sending the copies on Thursday morning I phoned and Marietjie was not in. I Then had to find another person and explain the entire story for the 10th time for someone to help. I Spoke to Amanda, she took my details saying she will look into it and promised to phone me back. She never did. I Phoned and requested to speak to a manager Dave but he also didn't answer his phone. Eventually I got hold of Amanda
