Worst service ever!!!

We took our Russell Hobbs Microwave oven in on the 26 June2013. 3 weeks later and a whole lot of phone calls we eventually got a quote. We accepted the quote immediately. A week later I phoned again to try and found out what's going on and when we will get the oven back. The lady who answers the phone told me that the suppliers still haven't sent our spare [part for them to fix it. I just wonder if they are so bad in phoning back customers, did they even order the part. She then phoned back on the 19th of July and said the spare part will be there Monday or Tuesday but will keep me posted. I again phoned on the Thursday and demanded to speak to a manager. He also then had top go and figure out what's going on, just to phone me back telling that it was the incorrect part ordered, and he is trying to found out what is going on at the supplier. He promised to phone back early Friday morning to give me specific dates. I'm still waiting. I again phoned this morning 30
July, wanting to speak to the manager, guess what he's not available and will phone back. I'm still waiting.
Writing this to warn other customers not to make the same mistake and going through all this frustration!
