YOU CANT ACTUALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SERVICE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST. FRIDAY 15 OF MARCH OUR kIA SEDONA GOES IN FOR A SERVICE. MONDAY WE PHONE AND WE ARE INFORMED THAT WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT 4 WEEKS FOR A PART ON THE KIA AND WE CAN NOT DRIVE THE CAR, WE HAVE A WARRANTY PLAN THAT SAYS WE GET ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT SHOULD THERE BE ANY MECHANICAL FAILURE ON THE CAR? THERE IS NOT 1 PERSON IN THE WHOLE OF KIA THAT CAN ASSIST ME WITH THIS.!!! I HAVE PHONED SO MANY TIMES SPOKEN TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THE ONLY ANSWER WE EVER GET IS'" LET ME FOLLOW IT UP AND GET BACK TO YOU...!!! 12 DAYS LATER NO CAR, NO ANSWER. AS I AM TYPING THIS I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 4MIN.
