Took my car for service at mcathy Toyota Hatfield. I was told that I will get my service invoice so I have to see what was replaced. The consultant promised me to e-mail it to me but did not. I phoned and spoke to her again she promised to e-mail it to me but did not. spoke to the service manager and said she will talk to her as she will comeback on the Tuesday till today no one came back to me. This is not a first receiving such service from this branch. I also told the service manager that this also happened with the previous service and no one apologized. The air filter was replaced at my work place previously. Now I checked and I doubt that the air filter was replaced as it cant be dirty whiles it has been replaced three weeks ago. I don't know to whom I must complain as the service manager is not doing any thing. I sometimes I think this is a race thing. I was servicing my car at Lynnwood branch and was receiving a great service. I also told the manager that last year had a cheap from them but never even commented about it. My concern is if they are failing to give me an invoice how will I know what was service. I will never ever take my car or advice anyone to service the ca
