I bought my i20 form Hyandai Bryanston roughly a month ago. When I took it off the shop floor I was told the back right shock needs to be replaced and for stock purposes it can only be done once it is in my name.
Roughly 2 weeks later I was called and asked to bring my car in for the shock to be replaced.
I delivered the car on time, signed on the dotted line and went to work.
I left 3 messages for Dominique to call me to find out when my car will be ready. At 2.35 that day I spoke to 5 people to get through to Dominique and was told "Oh sorry we have the wrong part". I then went into to collect my car and complained to the Service Manager Morne. He then clearly said to me he would pick my car up from me at work, replace the shock and drop my car back at my work. I have now left 3 messages for Morne only to get in my car and drive there myself. Morne was not in. I have now been told my car will be collected tomorrow and the shock replaced.

That is the brief version of the disgusting service I have received and EVERY person I speak to is "not the correct person". When will this be sorted and why does it take me getting in my car to get an answer?
