Not happy

Bad service, took my Toyota for a service last year, they replaced the fuel filter "wrong" ( upside down?) When I got to the fuel station, petrol was running out in my car and all over the filling station's paving... it cost me extra money, which they never offered to repay.

Today I took my car for a service, thinking I give them another change... service was done, but I got it back dirty? First time ever I got my car back dirty after a service? No explation, no excuse??
