Late & wrong place delivery bad service!

I ordered a parcel from the UK which should have been here by 29 Nov already, delivered directly to my residential address. Well after no show and a huge hassle to track my parcel since the website can't find it. I was informed by UPS that they attempted delivery on 21 Nov already at 13:00. But I did not receive any phone call since the only way to get into my complex is to phone my cellphone and I was home the whole time. Now eventually I tracked my parcel at the Raslouw post office, where it was delivered and scanned on 21 Nov at 11:00 already. So first of all these people are useless lazy and lying! This was a very urgent parcel and now I have to go pick it up myself after I specifically paid for it to be delivered to my directly at my home. And since I don't even have a post box at Raslouw, how on earth do you people think should I receive the notifications which the Post office's website show they sent out to notify me my parcel is there? Why should the customer always query and phone, and track and do all the effort to find out? You people should start delivering some more competent and reliable service!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
