Notifications not received/Returned to sende

Really disappointed with South African Post Office. I receive notifications of a parcel 3 weeks later only to find out that the parcel has been sent back to the sender. These notification slips don't get to me on time, hence I cannot pick up my parcels from the post office in time. This is poor service. Secondly, the parcel is sent to the wrong Post Office, which is clearly marked on the notification slip yet the parcel is sent to "Kiasha Park Post Office" when it needed to be sent to the Lenasia Post office. This is not the first time this has happened. I always receive these notifications like 2/3 weeks later then the parcel date its at the post office. Please do something about this!
