2 weeks to deliver a parcel

The Skynet Pretoria office has to have the most appalling customer service. I am a registered UNISA student who opted for the Skynet parcel delivery service. My parcel was dispatched on the 6th January 2013. It is now 15 days later and my parcel has not been delivered. After numerous phone calls to the Pretoria office trying to track my parcel and find out when it will be delivered, I have received false promise after false promise. Every day I phone, I get told the parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Its been more than two weeks now. I am now frustrated. If I had known it would take this long to have a parcel delivered, I would have opted for the Post Office.
When one calls the customer service line, you get put through to someone who doesnt seem to know what they are talking about. I just want my parcel and will never ever use Skynet Couriers. Their incompetence is beyond words.
