Sa Post Office
Parcel not been delivered

My parcel was posted on the 24/01/2014 at Wellington Post Office. 11 Days later the parcel is still in Cape Town and nothing has been done to deliver the parcel.
Why must we pay R35-00 delivery fees for service like this!!! It will be best if the Post Office just closes their doors and we can user courier services.
