SA Post Office
No release

There was my parcel sent from UK, destination country is Botswana, reference number: RQ436222376GB. I called UK office, Botswana post office and SA post office to track this parcel. According to my analysis, this parcel should be arrived in SA, but it was not released by SA post office to transfer to another country, reason as below:
1, UK Royal Mail claimed they dispatch this parcel at 17th May 2013, and in their website, it showing: parcel passed by oversea delivery post office;
2, Botswana post office didn't receive such parcel, and they track on their system, this parcel was leaving UK in 17th May 2013, the same with UK Royal mail.
3, All Air packages from Royal mail to Botswana should pass by SA, Botswana and UK said that.

Is their any difficulties situation met by SA post office? I saw many complaints there. Please assist me to track this parcel.
