VW pathetic service

My car went to VW the Glen 3 times since October with the SAME problem. Every time they would come up with a different assessment of what the problem is, at my own cost, in mid October, mid November and early December. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. Further, I would be inconvenienced as the car would be with dealership for long periods of time. This time around we are now entering into the 4th week that the car is with them. Contacted VW customer interaction center, which did absolutely nothing. So all in all VW is pathetic and has no regard for its customers.
