TNT - Incompetent Service

I had goods sent from abroad. TNT required some documentation for customs. I was contacted by TNT staff and responded to their requests quickly. These staff did not reply to my emails and in the end the item was disposed of. This occurred purely because the TNT staff were incompetent and did not respond to emails. etc. DO NOT TRUST TNT WITH YOUR VALUABLES.
