Nandi (DHL Customs) completely incompetent

Our shipment was stopped at Customs and to date is still in Jhb after having landed on the 12th December. I started off dealing with Bongani and then got palmed off to Nandi who kept telling me the same thing over and over... "We're waiting for a response from Customs". Feeling like I was listening to a stuck record I asked Nandi for Customs number. First time I called it was engaged, second time I called I got through no problem. As it turns out, she only mailed them the required information today versus having sent it last week Monday (30th) as promised. Three weeks later, fifty plus phone calls, a bunch of excuses, we are finally getting our goods tomorrow after contacting Customs myself and clarifying the matter. The Christmas period is now over, our retail customers probably wont require the quantity of stock they originally ordered and all because it was too much trouble for Nandi to actually do her job.

And to Anesh... you clearly don't know how to manage your staff neither do you give a!
