TNT, together with DHL seem to be the most incompetent bunch of people i have dealt with.

Hardly anyone actually does their job. Staff turnover is appalling. No sales rep has ever been to see us. We have informed TNT of this many times. They just don't care. For us to get any decent service, we need to contact Vijen in Durban!

TNT will NEVER send us the required documentation for imports on their own, without us requesting several times. Then, eventually when they do send, it sometimes happens that they send us documents for companies that are not us. They demand payment for parcels which are not for us. They invoice the wrong companies, send us other companies documents. They take 2 weeks to respond to emails and requests.

When THEY up documents and delivery, they tell us we need to wait 2 weeks for issues to be sorted out. Emails are sent, and only read 2 hours later.

This is just utterly pathetic. How can a courier company be so far down the gutter? We have been complaining about these issues for over three years, to no avail.

TNT, sort you issues out. Really, this is just too much. This report will be forwarded to the Consumer Council.
