An item from my luggage was and I reported it to Kulula. I opened a case at the police station and gave them the case number. Thereafter I sent many emails to follow up on how they can track the person or staff memeber who my item. Afterwards I received a response saying that they will do a polygraph test and will get back to me. Kulula got back to me and they mentioned to me that they found a staff member to be deceptive in the polygraph test. After wards they mentioned to me that this person will have a dsiciplinary hearing. I sent them an email stating that is fine but I need that staff member to either replace what he or she has or pay me for the item. Kulula is more interested in protecting that staff memeber than dealing with me the client. I need to be reimbursed for my item that was from that staff member. A Disciplinary hearing doesnt help me. It helps Kulula. What happens to me the customer. I have sent many emails and have received no response. A person by the name of CHUBBY said to me management will call me and nobody has. He was very unhelpful as well and does not respond to my emails.
