I called this branch as I needed to have a windscreen replaced through an insurance claim. I was left dismayed when the lady on the phone explained to me that they could not help me in one day as getting clearance from their head office took at least one day. This despite me explaining that I was travelling through town on my way to Johannesburg and it was an emergency repair.

Not being satisfied with this poor and unhelpful response, I decided to visit the branch in person and upon my arrival at 14.30pm was told that I have left it a bit too late in the day to expect them to get it sorted for me.

Following a lot of patience and follow-up phone calls to Nikita, I have yet to have any satisfactory answer. When I requested Nikita to please call the insurance firm to follow-up, I was told that she can't see why that would help and proceeded to explain to me all the red-tape involved with their head office having to look into my insurer first.

I now understand why PG Glass charges a higher excess- because they deliver the service without their customers having to motivate them to do their work...

This business must be one that has been able to survive despite the lack in service.
