Not bad, not very bad but worse

I to bought a pre-owned vehicle from SMG Cape Town. Signed OTP at end of August, eventually got vehicle end of September after the agreed upon repairs were done. One of the repairs to be done was one of the rear door locks. During October I realised that same rear door lock was not wworking. Informed SMG about this. The salesman Mark Smith gave ok for repair to be done. "Dont worry, just submit invoice and we will refund you". Had the repairs done and submitted invoice and all of a sudden SMG does not want to hear about refunding me. So much for taking a salesman of SMG Cape Town for his word. Was thinking of buying a BMW but definately not from SMG Cape Town. They make too many promises which they do not keep.
