Driveshaft Centre ripped me off of R450

Went to them for a new CV which I was assured they had. Was told that the CV would be replaced while I was there and I would drive out smilling! They didnt have the CV but told me that they would source in - 3 weeks. I was asked to pay for the labour and when the new CV came in then I would just need to pay for the part. I did so. They never got back to me thereafter! I phoned approx 6 times over the next 4 months, but was on each occasion given a different excuse. I took the vehicle to a local mechanic who sourced the part and had the vehicle back on the road in 2 days.
Ralph from the driveshaft centre refused to reimburse me for basically doing nothing on my vehicle.
He claims that I have to pay for the service: I did not request a service! I requested a new CV!
My advise is stay away from this company!
