Pre-owned Stars Cape
Pathetic!!!

I purchased a vehicle on the 15/04/2013 from Pre-owed Stars Cape in Bellville. On taking delivery of the vehicle and driving it a couple of days, I contacted the salesman (Johan Knoetzen) and mentioned to him that I am picking up a few issues on the vehicle. I made a list of the issues and gave it to him. The vehicle went several times in for repairs to one of their mechanics, but every time they return the vehicle they confirm that the problems are fixed. The very next day after the vehicle has been returned, I contacted Johan to tell him the problems are still there. It has be 3 months now and the problems has still not been resolved. On the 19/07/2013 I have been told that they will not be covering the cost to repair my vehicle. I think they purposely prolonged the issues so that they don't have to pay for the repairs. I am definitely not the first person that they crooked by not repairing a vehicle which had problems in the warranty period. I think they are and very pathetic. I will definitely never recommend that pathetic place to anyone to purchase a vehicle there.
