SA Canopy Centre Gezina - Pathetic Service and Bad

Phantom Sound and Security t/a SA Canopy and also a Franchise for Rhino Linings SA. I phoned this company twice to confirm a quote for rubberizing my trailer box -350L plus the nosecone. Twice they quoted me R1700 exl and two different people. So I took the trailer for Rhino Lining rubberizing. Received a call two days later by owner, after everyone at the Franchise saw the size of my trailer, he said they have under quote me, R2200 exl. They were under the impression when I said 350L trailer its a small Venter size trailer. Eventually after some arguments the Owner "Jay" said okay R1700 as quoted. My wife predict that they will reduce the thickness and so they did from 5mm to a nearly 1mm thick. Their excuse its not possible to do sides 3/5mm thick on any vehicle or trailer! I quote the owner "I will replace the rubberize every year if it comes off" Dear Jay the reason if you did not know for rubberize is to strengthen and protect body work!!! This is my 1st complain on such a site and believe me I had my fare share of bad service in the past but this one takes the cake! Thank you to Rhino Linings Head office that promised me that this matter will be resolved and looked at.
