Trailer lost on highway due to faulty tow hitch

My dad takes his car to Land Rover WITBANK because a couple of weeks ago he was pulling a trailer and the tow hitch and trailer just came off the car. The key had broken off in the tow hitch and my dad didn't know about it. They "replace" the tow hitch with the FAULTY one and while he's driving on the HIGHWAY, the trailer with a quad on it this time, comes off again - and the useless mechanic at Land Rover (Dewald) gives my dad attitude! My dad's one leg was amputated a while ago, and fortunately two young guys stopped to help him get the trailer off the highway - can you imagine if he had to try and do it by himself!!
