Graig kept me updated on the progress regarding the repairs, when i asked him to come and fecth the car keys as i couldnt drive he did that with no problems. even after fixing the car i asked him to drop off the car as i couldnt drive because I was from the hospital after delivery a new born baby. he was even proffesional when delegating some of the duties to his subordinates.
