Poor workmanship

The above company was called in to tow my trailer and the cost of towing was paid to them. However the trailer was left on there premises for repairs. To add to my frustration they had no spares so I return to Cape Town without the trailer and took the spares with me the next morning which I paid for.

Before arriving I phoned Jacques Marais and told him that I have the spares and would arrive at 10 am and he must have staff fit and repair damages when I arrive because It must be completed before the end of the day which he agreed on.

When I arrived Jacques informed me that somebody will deal with the trailer soon (which was about 9.30 am) by 12.45 am still waiting for somebody to attend to the trailer. Just before lunch time a worker started on the trailer and told me that the trailer chassis must be straightened before he can fit the new axle and spring leaves. Cut a long story short at 5 pm I was told that the trailer is ready for me to take home.

Well I do not know how I made it home the whole axle moved to the one side. However the next morning I took the trailer to Montague Gardens for further repairs the chassis was over straightened in Worcester and cost me R2000.
